You’ll hear from the man who is aggressively working to reduce blight locally! Bill Pulte, CEO of Pulte Capital Partners, partnered with Mayor Dave Bing to found the Blight Authority of Detroit. The nonprofit corporation is focused on neighborhood stabilization through mass trash and debris clearing. Pulte also serves as Chairman of the Board of Carstin Brands, a Pulte Capital portfolio company and one of the largest kitchen and bath countertop manufacturers in the country. In this role, he oversees employees across 17 states. The private equity expert will share his vision for the future of Detroit.
